Take I-40 to I-240 going to Asheville. Take the Patton exit on I-240, go straight until you see the Federal building on the left (about 3 stop lights) and turn left on Otis Street. Look for nearby parking lots to park at, since Battery Park Ave will be blocked off for the event.
